Our Foundation
Based in Munich, a key European hub for animation, visual effects, and gaming, our consultancy combines the city’s vibrant creative energy with a rich legacy from Hungary—an influential contributor to the Eastern European animation tradition, which celebrates its 111th anniversary in 2025.
At the time of Hungary’s transition from a communist regime to a democratic republic, studios such as Varga Studio Budapest and Loonland Budapest (a subsidiary of TV-Loonland) played pivotal roles in the global animation industry. By partnering with studios in Western Europe, the USA, China, and India, they helped establish Hungary as a vital production hub. We had the opportunity to work with these renowned studios and contribute to well-known productions such as Mr. Bean, Pettson and Findus, Kipper, Heidi, Felix, Lillifee, and Horrid Henry.
With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across animation, visual effects, and game studios in Hungary and Germany, we have collaborated with international clients on TV series, feature films, artistic shorts, commercials, and games.
Having worked in both small teams and large-scale productions within well-established animation and visual effects studios, we have gained deep, firsthand experience in in-studio teamwork where production teams collaborated in a shared space. Unlike today’s industry, where productions are often spread across multiple studios, our direct knowledge of traditional studio workflows allows us to provide expert consultation on optimizing and managing complex productions effectively, whether for onsite or remote teams.
With decades of experience, we have witnessed and adapted to the industry's transformation from the artistry of traditional animation filmed on 35mm to 2D digital animation and high-end CGI productions, giving us a broad, firsthand perspective on the evolution of animation technology, production methods, and industry standards. Our extensive knowledge of animation, VFX, and game development workflows combined with a global industry perspective shaped by diverse collaborations allows us to support high-quality, cost-efficient productions.
More than just a consultancy, we bridge traditional expertise with the latest technologies and production methods, ensuring every project benefits from a legacy of artistry, technical knowledge, financial insight, and management experience, all backed by a forward-thinking approach.
